Frequently Asked Questions

If I don't want purchase using the online method, when can I call to order? - Any time!  We are a family run business; the internet line rings into our home. Thus, we are always available to take your call.  Just bear with us if calling in the wee hours of the morning, as we may need to wipe the sleep from our eyes first. And remember, if we can't answer the phone at the time, leave a message. We can't call you back if we don't know who you are!

How long will it take to get my order? - That depends upon how far away you are from us.  We ship most clocks the same or next business day via FedEx. Customers on the west coast will typically get their clocks within two business days after that.  East coast orders only take a little longer, at an average of four business days.

Can I have something rush shipped? - Yes you can!  If you need this service, please call with your order. Just let us know when you need the clock by, and we can get an express shipping quote from FedEx while you are on the line.  Be aware, however, that most clocks ship in larger boxes that can cost $50-$120 for express shipping.  The best way to keep costs down is always to order in advance, rather than waiting until the last minute.

Can I order a clock to be shipped as a gift to another person? - Yes you can. We will even place a gift message in the box if you desire one!  For a couple extra dollars, we can gift wrap the clock as well.  Also, if you can't decide which clock they may like, you can choose to send a gift certificate instead.

Can I get any discount for ordering multiple clocks at the same time? - This depends entirely on what is being ordered. In general, we are able and willing to offer a discount on orders of three or more clocks.

Can I get any discount for being a repeat customer? - We value repeat patronage, however we offer repeat discounts only to frequent customers.

Can I return a clock if I don't like it? - Yes you can. For more information on this, you can read our "Shipping and Returns Guide".
