If you are in Southern California, feel free to contact us about the repair of your clock.  We will give you a general pricing estimate upon seeing the clock for the first time; and keep in frequent contact with you, to ensure that you are always clear what is happening with it.  Since we do not send the clocks to an outside source, we are also available at all times should a question arise about the status of your clock.
