FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - Since we are also in the repair business, we know our products exceedingly well. If you have any questions whatsoever, we can answer them. We will not rush you on the phone, but take as long as you need to be completely satisfied with what you need to know.

FAST FREE SHIPPING - We pay the shipping for all clocks in the lower 48 states. If a shipment is going outside of that area, we pay a portion of the shipping costs as well.  All shipments are sent out the same or next business day via FedEx ground. In most cases, shipments are received within 2-4 business days.

AVAILABILITY - We are a family run business, and are always available to take a call: any time of day, any day of the week. Missed calls are responded to promptly.

PRODUCTS IN STOCK - We keep all of our products in stock. They ship directly from our warehouse in southern California. Should you be interested in other products carried by any of our manufacturers, we can special order them to be shipped directly to you from their factories.

NO SALES TAX - We pay the sales tax for you on all orders. So, the price you see it the price you pay!

PRIVACY - We keep all information given to us private. We do not sell phone numbers or e-mail addresses.

PRICE MATCHING - Most manufacturers these days have a minimum allowable price for their products. We stick to these prices in all cases. If you find a product legitimately cheaper elsewhere, however, let us know and we will do our best to match it.  Be wary, though, that any company selling for lower is likely offering factory seconds and/or damaged goods. In such instances, we will not match prices.
